Zinman
Zinman (CEO) has over 100 television productions to his credit including the most recent seasons of The Masked Singer (Fox), That’s My Jam (NBC) and The Wall (NBC) plus early seasons of Dancing With The Stars (ABC). He served as visuals designer and executive producer on Miss Universe (FOX) and the world's first avatar singing competition series, Alter Ego (FOX). No stranger to huge tentpole specials and live events, Zinman created the visuals for American Music Awards (CBS | Paramount+), The Emmy Awards (ABC), ACM Awards (CBS), People’s Choice Awards (E!), BET Awards (BET), The Espy Awards (ABC/ESPN), iHeart Radio Music Awards (FOX) and NAACP Image Awards (BET/CBS/Paramount+). Always pushing the boundaries, his innovative use of virtual production, augmented reality techniques and visual design are featured on Disney's Holiday Spectacular (ABC/Disney+), Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty vol 3 & 4. (Amazon Video), NFL Honors (NBC) and Kids Choice Awards (Nickelodeon).
Jeremy Hart
Jeremy (CTO) has dozens of television and Virtual Reality productions to his credit since 2015 including this season of The Masked Singer (Fox), and the world's first avatar singing competition series, Alter Ego (FOX). Most recently his use of virtual production and augmented reality techniques and visuals designs include Disney's Holiday Spectacular (ABC/Disney+), Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty vol 4. (Amazon Video), Kids Choice Awards (Nickelodeon), and Super Bowl 54‘s Top 100 players opening show. He helped develop the technology and visuals behind the award winning Virtual Reality experiences The Last Goodbye(2018 Lumiere Award) and Tutankhamun: Enter The Tomb (2019 Lumieres Award).

Ethan Alloway
Ethan (Lead Video Engineer) brings over 15 years of audio, visual, lighting and virtual production experience, with a focus on real-time systems and interactive media for broadcast, streaming, web, and VR. His credits include Disney’s Holiday Spectacular (ABC/Disney+), The Masked Singer (FOX), Alter Ego (FOX), Red Bull Rampage (Red Bull/ERG), Savage x Fenty (Amazon Video), and SDSU’s AR Experience (Snapdragon/MOS). As the founder of Matterform, Inc., Ethan has led immersive installations and pop-ups around the world, working across virtual production, live events, and interactive brand experiences. He’s designed multimedia systems for the largest LED ceiling in Australia (Heritage Lanes), collaborated with top-tier supercar brands (Czinger, OilstainLab), and engineered visuals for dozens of live concerts, including performances by Deadmau5, Phoenix, Muse, and LCD Soundsystem.
Jenna K. Pletcher
Jenna (Virtual Production Programmer) has over 20 years experience as a lighting designer, director, and programmer across the entertainment industry in theater, concerts, live events, corporate events, television, and film production. Select credits for television shows and feature films include: All That and Side Hustle (Nickelodeon), Truth Be Told (Apple TV), Beverly Hills Cop 4 and Family Switch (Netflix), Justified: City Primeval (FX and Sony Pictures), Snowfall (FX), The Masked Singer (FOX), Grey’s Anatomy and Station 19 (ABC) as well as various projects for Amazon and Universal Studios. She is a lighting director on various touring productions including Dancing with the Stars LIVE and Masters of Illusion. Jenna received a BA in Theatre with emphases in Directing, Lighting and Scenic Design from UCLA’s School of Theater, Film, and Television.
Jingjing Fang
Jingjing (Unreal Engine Artist & Art Director) has over multiple years experience in virtual production and digital art, She has designed and managed virtual environments for award-winning television series and specials, such as The Masked Singer (FOX), Disney’s Holiday Spectacular (ABC/Disney+). Her solo exhibition, FIRMAMENT, was held at Los Angeles’ 4C Gallery (2024), and her work has been featured in Visual Language of Modernity at Sasse Art Museum (2025, USA) and the 21st Venice International Art Fair (2025, Italy). Her digital scene designs have earned numerous accolades, including Best Animation at the 2025 Great Lakes International Film Festival, Best Animation at the 2024 International Independent Film Awards, an Honorable Mention at the 2025 ARFF Paris International Film Festival, and a Gold Winner at Indie Short Fest 2024.
Chandler Ryder
Chandler Ryder (Unreal Engine Generalist), has over the years worked on forms of media including gaming. His Unreal engine environments can be seen in such works as Obi-Wan (StarWars), Skeleton Crew (StarWars), Echo (Marvel), and The Masked Singer (FOX). He has worked on various aspects of production such as pre, post, rigging, and animation. His pursuit of his craft has led him to always learning and doing more.
Kambri Pellerin
Kambri (Head of Socials) specializes in our content strategy, audience growth, and brand engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. With years of experience in the social media world, she has built a personal brand of 85K+ followers and 2.4M+ likes, mastering algorithms, viral trends, and audience retention. Known for crafting fun and creative content, Kambri combines her editing skills with an understanding of platform dynamics to create engaging, relatable, and eye catching content that drives results. She excels in developing high performing campaigns, optimizing content for maximum reach, and leveraging data analytics to refine strategy. Her ability to hook an audience within seconds, stay ahead of trends, and adapt to the ever changing digital landscape makes her a key player in the social media space. Louise (Lulu)
Lulu has watched well over 25 television series, including My Little Pony (Netflix), Bluey (Disney+), and more recently Pokémon: Master Journeys (Netflix). She enjoys spending her time at Lulu Studios while directing, singing and acting on her stage, curating museums (like her very own Slimeseum), teaching art classes, and being read to with her two year old brother, Asa.
